Due to ongoing delays / stalling of construction works, the viability of several infrastructure projects gets vitiated. In order to revive such projects, it is critical that the substantial quantum of balance construction works be completed within the budgeted estimates of time and costs. iValue, with its vast expertise in all elements of infrastructure construction (i.e. design, planning, coordination, site execution etc.), is best positioned to provide Project Management Services to Banks / FIs, who have the largest financial exposure to such projects, across sectors including roads & highways, irrigation & water resources, energy, hydropower, urban infrastructure and real estate.   • Assisting a reputed real estate developer of North India to monitor and oversee the completion of ~4 million sqft of residential projects within revised timelines and cost estimates.
  • On site Project Management, including day to day monitoring and sub-contractor management.
  • Construction in progress.
  • Prepared an execution strategy for a 68 km highway project (approximately ₹ 16 Bn) in North India, which entailed the Lenders taking over the construction of the stalled project, thereby ensuring Project viability.
  • Executing a comprehensive on-site project management exercise (since Nov ‘14), including day to day monitoring & resource management.
  • Construction is in full swing with COD expected by Q2 FY’18.
  • Assisting a reputed infrastructure company in the day to day execution and monitoring of a Multipurpose River Project in South India with a total project cost of approximately ₹ 70 bn.
  • Scope includes preparation of an execution strategy to achieve substantial completion within a compressed timeline of 18 months, design optimization and coordination, on site deployment of key construction personnel and subcontractor / vendor management.
  • Post induction of iValue on the project, construction works have been significantly expedited.
